A team of advanced manufacturing engineers, project engineers and production engineers are supporting the fulfillment of tasks.\nMain Tasks\nFunctional\nPlan required budgets and human resources in area of responsibility\nEnsure that latest knowledge in industry and best practices in companies are applied\nContribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processesClose collaboration with R&D to ensure design for manufacturing\nApply latest technology from related industry to ensure competitiveness\nEnsure the appropriate balance between automation and manual production processes\nSupport continuous improvement for new and existing processes to ensure competiveness of production costs\nEnsure compliance with HSE legislation; apply policies and processes; provide healthy, safe and environmentally friendly work places and state-of-the-art production processes and infrastructure\nApply adequate protection and emergency concepts based on continuously updated risk assessments\nEnsure that all relevant internal and external norms and standards (e.g. ISO/IATF) are applied\nContribute to improvement of plant carbon footprint\nLeadership\nLead, direct, develop and coordinate a high performance team under his supervision for engineering\nEnsure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed\nEnhance SQDC target development\nTTP - Time to Pass and IPT achievement\nVariance/deviation in standard costs / compliance with machine and tooling cost\nOEE\nNon quality cost index\nCustomer ppm\nCustomer complaints\nHSE (Accident Frequency Rate, Energy Efficiency, Recycling Rate)\nExperience\nDiploma / Bachelor degree in Tool design / Tool making from NTTF, GTTC & CIPET.\nOverall 18-25 years of hands-on experience of manufacturing engineering and relevant experience in Tool room as Injection Mold designer/ Assembly operations process engineering.\nFamiliar with required production processes and working processes (e.g. pleating, plastic injection molding, plastic welding, assembly, digitalization tools).\nMold manufacturing processes and Molding process.\nIATF 16949 awareness (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan etc.)\nAdequate knowledge in MRP, Routing, BOM, MES\nAbility to troubleshoot the defects with problem-solving tools.\nProcess improvement and analysis in Micro level\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nFamiliar with measuring devices\nFamiliar in applying Lean Manufacturing\nPreferred:\nExperience in Manufacturing Engineering for automotive products\nLanguage and Computer Abilities:\nFluent in written and oral English communication preferred\nRelevant IT tools (MS Office, SAP PP, MES etc.)\nCompetencies:\nLeading People\nImpact and Influence\nCooperation and
