business objectives.\n#LI-Onsite\nMain Tasks\nLead product engineering activities for new product launches and product modifications from concept through release\nCoordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities related to R&D projects\nDefine product fit, form, and function based on customer technical requirements and application needs\nDevelop product designs including drawings, CAD models, prototype builds, and validation plans\nPlan and execute material, dimensional, and performance testing to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and internal standards\nAnalyze validation results and provide technical recommendations for product approval, launch, or design changes\nCollaborate with Sales and Product Management to support OEM, private label, and internal customers with technical expertise\nInterface with customers and suppliers to review designs, test results, cost optimization initiatives, and technical concerns \nCreate and modify 3D CAD models and drawings (Pro-E / Creo or SolidWorks) in accordance with company design standards\nProvide technical support to Manufacturing for production inquiries and to Quality for customer complaint resolution \nEnsure product functionality and durability meet intended application requirements\nMaintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company systems and procedures\nLead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives\nPerform additional duties as assigned \nYour Profile\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding and application of engineering principles\nProficiency in 3D solid modeling (CAD)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills\nKnowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet timing requirements\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of filtration or filter manufacturing processes\nProgram or project management
