Ensure the implementation of sustainable improvements.\nUse data to analyze performance and develop and implement action plans to address issues.\nFacilitate cross-functional teams in support of continuous improvement activities.\nExperience\nEducation and Experience:\nHS Diploma or Bachelor S Degree in technical or business education preferred.\n3-5 years of relevant work experience in automotive manufacturing operations or any other manufactuing industry. \n3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nExperience with Visual Manufacturing, including KanBan, Takt Time, and Visual Work Instructions preferred.\nSkills:\nStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Takt/One piece flow/PulU5S).\nFamiliarity with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements is preferred.\nExperience with metal Stamping preferred \nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.\nStrong organizational and planning skills.\nEffective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and
