Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience leading large teams in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.\nExperience with hiring, training, coaching, counseling, performance management, and employee development.\nManufacturing and/or logistics industry experience.\nStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.\nAbility to write routine reports and business correspondence.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions, company procedures, and safety policies.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nPreferred\nLean Manufacturing experience.\nExperience with raw material planning and production scheduling.\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, or similar manufacturing software;
