Bid Strategy - Analyse tender technical requirements and shape differentiated, competitive solution strategies. Solution Design - Work with R&D and design teams on high-level system selection and concept solution development. Value Packaging - Distil technical highlights and commercial value into professional, client- facing materials. Proposal & Clarification - Support technical proposal preparation and lead bid-clarification responses. Client Technical Engagement - When needed, engage the client's technical decision-makers (CTO / engineering / consultants) to align on the solution. Experience/Qualifications: Solid technical fundamentals in electrical (MV/LV power distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs) or cooling systems for buildings/critical facilities. Ability to win over a technical audience - confident, credible communication with CTOs, engineers and consultants. Strong learning ability - you can quickly get up to speed on data center standards, Client products, and evolving requirements. Fluent English Willingness to travel (~30%) across Europe. Experience in data center power distribution or cooling is ideal - but you do not need to have worked inside a datacenter.
