Team Leadership & People Management\nLead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed network connectivity team (core and regional resources).\n\nSet clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability for team members.\n\nSupport skill development across architecture, operations, and emerging technologies.\n\nFoster a culture of ownership, resilience, collaboration, and continuous learning.\n\n2. Core & Regional Network Coordination\nCoordinate connectivity initiatives across:\n\nGlobal core networks\n\nRegional and site networks\n\nData center, cloud, and edge environments\n\nEnsure regional projects align with global network standards, architectures, and roadmaps.\n\nAct as the primary escalation point for cross-region network issues and dependencies.\n\n3. Network Project & Program Management\nLead and govern network initiatives and transformation projects, including:\n\nNetwork refresh and modernization\n\nWAN / SD-WAN expansions\n\nCloud and data center connectivity\n\nSecurity and segmentation initiatives\n\nPlan, prioritize, and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.\n\nCoordinate across stakeholders including:\n\nArchitecture\n\nSecurity\n\nInfrastructure\n\nApplication and business teams\n\nExternal vendors and service providers\n\n4. Technical Leadership & Decision-Making\nProvide hands-on technical leadership across:\n\nNetwork architecture and design\n\nImplementation and migration\n\nOperations and troubleshooting\n\nReview and approve:\n\nNetwork designs\n\nChange requests\n\nIncident resolution approaches\n\nEnsure network solutions meet availability, performance, scalability, and security requirements.\n\n5. Operational Excellence & Governance\nDrive consistent operational practices across regions:\n\nIncident, problem, and change management\n\nRoot cause analysis and continuous improvement\n\nEstablish and monitor KPIs such as:\n\nNetwork availability\n\nIncident response and resolution times\n\nChange success rates\n\nEnsure compliance with internal standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.\n\nExperience/Qualifications: \nExperience & Qualifications\n9+ years of experience in enterprise or service-provider network environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience in:\n\nNetwork operations and delivery\n\nTechnical leadership roles\n\nCross-regional or global teams\n\nPrior experience in team lead, technical lead, or manager roles strongly preferred.\n\nEnglish and French network initiatives:\n\nPlanning, execution, risk management\n\nStatus reporting and executive communication\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nNetwork Technical Expertise\n\nDeep understanding of enterprise networking, including:\n\nLAN, WAN, SD-WAN\n\nData center and cloud connectivity\n\nRouting, switching, and
