environment, and relevant technical industry trends.\n\nPropose solutions to customer challenges based on the client portfolio, including new solutions with broader market potential.\n\nAct as the customer advocate to the R&D organization by providing customer requirements and rationale for proposed solutions.\n\nDrive the technical sales process and lead the design of comprehensive, complex technical solutions that address customer needs.\n\nProvide consulting and design expertise for complex networking solutions in collaboration with customers.\n\nInitiate proactive customer engagements with existing and prospective clients alongside the Account Manager.\n\nIdentify and drive up-sell opportunities throughout the engagement process to support sales growth.\n\nLead the technical stream for RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, including designing efficient ORAN solutions and required dimensioning.\n\nLead cross-functional teams of HQ support personnel as required for project delivery.\n\nProvide full product line specifications and maintain deep technical knowledge of the RAN portfolio and underlying technologies.\n\nRequirements\nStrong understanding of the customer's market, regulatory environment, and technical industry trends.\n\nDeep knowledge of the evolution of the client's ORAN portfolio and ecosystem, with the ability to propose solutions tailored to customer challenges.\n\nProven track record in Consultative Presales, working with telecom operators to evaluate, purchase, and deploy large-scale systems.\n\nAbility to clearly communicate complex technical information to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.\n\nDemonstrated capability to influence customer toward preferred technical solutions.\n\nWillingness to take ownership and accountability for technical design decisions.\n\nEngineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Telecoms, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant industrial experience).\n\n10+ years of technical experience in the Telecoms industry.\n\nExperience leading virtual teams in solution definition and technical sales execution, with exceptional presentation and planning skills.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Mobile Communications Networks, with emphasis on Radio Access Networks (RAN).\n\nFluency in written and spoken English.\n\nFlexibility for occasional travel within
