(range of technologies: ORAN application, or cloud layer)\n\nTo build and maintain excellent customer relationships with the operator from the outset thereby leading to a highly engaged and satisfied customer that maximises the chances of further opportunities & growth Attend weekly internal & customer technical & project meetings\n\nManage technical risks and issues ensuring solutions are provided in a timely fashion to avoid critical impact to successful project delivery or network performance\n\nProvide installation, commissioning and configuration management of the system where required\n\nSupport the customer in the execution of the Network testing phase in Europe ensuring all issues are reported and handled according to the agreed methodologies\n\nExperienced in RAN troubleshooting, debugging (range of technologies: ORAN application, or cloud layer)\n\nProvide technical support and knowledge transfer to customer staff\n\nProvide customer engagement on the ground ensuring the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction\n\nTesting Support - Create test cases, test plans and execute test plans for ORAN applications in customer labs. Document test results. This may include feature testing, performance testing and inter-operability testing.\n\nTier2/3 Support - Work in a team environment, to troubleshoot commercial Virtualization and application issues, propose workarounds, and work with R&D to provide the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to the customer.\n\nThis sometimes involves 24x7 support.\n\nWorks closely with various support organizations and cross-functional teams and R&D to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments.\n\nEnsure that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.\n\nAbility to travel sporadically during the project.\n\nProvide support during Rollout of SW or implementation of features/functionality and attend technical discussions on deployment topics and issues\n\nSupport customer interfaces/periodic forums regarding the current and future ORAN technologies\n\nCreate exceptional customer relationships\n\nEnsure close co-operation and support liaison with R&D when required\n\nWork to achieve close co-operation and support liaison with higher technical teams\n\nSoft Skills\nAn excellent understanding of the relationship between supplier and customer during the project delivery, with a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role.\n\nExcellent communications skills both internally and at varying levels within the customer’s organisation\n\nExcellent organisational skills and an ability to anticipate customer’s needs and act accordingly\n\nA high level of presentation, communication and planning skills.\n\nAbility to deliver updates to a high standard within tight timescales.\n\nHighly effective team player who recognises the power of a positive team environment in delivering results\n\nAble to access and communicate with all levels of management\n\nEnthusiastic and positive attitude\n\nHard Skills\nExcellent knowledge in Radio Access Network (RAN & vRAN) Technologies\n\nHighly experienced in 4G & 5G network troubleshooting and configuration\n\nFluent in spoken and written English, French\n\nExcellent report writing skills\n\nExcellent organisation and customer management skills\n\nHighly competent in 4G and 5G RAN technologies and solutions and has gained good exposure to 5G and virtualised environments\n\nVNF and CNF skills and/or experience\n\nK8S/Openstack/Harbor skills and experience\n\nFor more details
