Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for mobile, integration and end- to-end scenarios Define and evolve test automation approaches across React Native, WebViews, App BFF and backend integrations Support the team in identifying appropriate test coverage across unit, integration and end-to-end levels Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and provide fast, reliable feedback on build and release quality Analyze test failures, defects and quality trends and support root-cause analysis across application layers Support release validation and regression testing across multiple brands, devices and platforms Contribute to quality practices, testability and continuous improvement within the engineering team Collaborate closely with Developers, Technical Leads, Product Owners and Architects to ensure quality is considered early in the development lifecycle Experience/Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality engineering, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with mobile test automation Experience in digital industries with complex customer journeys such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, utilities or e-commerce Strong hands-on experience with mobile test automation across iOS and Android Experience with mobile test automation frameworks such as Detox, Appium or similar Experience with API testing and automation tools/frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman, Pact or similar Good understanding of React Native, WebViews, REST APIs and backend integrations Experience with CI/CD and integrating automated tests into delivery pipelines Good understanding of test strategy, regression testing and risk-based testing Experience working with device fragmentation, multiple environments and release validation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of cross-layer issues Experience with performance, accessibility or security testing is a plus Experience with multi-brand or white-label applications is a plus Experience with mobile observability, crash analytics and production quality monitoring is a plus Experience with AI-assisted software development or testing across the SDLC is a plus Experience working in agile, cross-functional and international development teams Proficiency in English; German is a plus
