Responsibilities: RF site planning & design, RF optimization, 2G/3G/4G/5G Drive test Log analysis using ROMES/TEMS/NQDI Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning, traffic performance analysis and monitoring and troubleshooting activities Identify and mitigate major technical risks in project delivery, develop and optimize wireless network solutions. Take charge of technical support and critical issue handling for key projects of top-quality networks and user experience, and take responsibility of technical management role of network planning and optimization
