technical discussions during pre sales engagements and support business development by positioning relevant business services and multi-vendor solutions.\n\nLead the design team assigned to customer projects and provide technical leadership in a matrix, multinational environment.\n\nLead pilots and proofs of concept from a technical perspective, ensuring agreed success criteria are defined, tested, and documented.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with customer IT stakeholders and business owners.\n\nEngage and partner with customers to jointly develop architectures that match their requirements and constraints.\n\nProduce customized architecture standards and complex design documents.\n\nDesign and promote infrastructure automation approaches using infrastructure as code, configuration management, version control, peer review, testing, controlled promotion, rollback, and operational validation.\n\nEnsuring security is considered from the earliest design stages of network and cloud architectures, rather than added after deployment.\n\nCollaborate with delivery, engineering, cloud, and security teams to ensure that designs are implementable, supportable, and aligned with customer requirements.\n\nExperience/Qualifications: \nMinimum of 10 years of related professional experience.\n\nUniversity degree in Communications Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.\n\nVery strong technical knowledge and experience in networks and related services.\n\nA network-first mindset combined with good practical knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevSecOps practices.\n\nNetworks and Related Services:SD-WAN deployments, including Cisco/Viptela, Silverpeak, Velocloud, Cloudgenix, and uCPE.\n\nWAN switching and routing, Hybrid WAN, LAN, WLAN, and NAC solutions across Cisco and other vendors.\n\nSSE solutions such as Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler, and Netskope.\n\nData center network architecture.\n\nCloud Networks and Related Services:At least two years of proven experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-class public cloud connectivity solutions using Azure, AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud network services.\n\nDeep understanding of connectivity, routing, segmentation, and security considerations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.\n\nAutomation, DevOps, and DevSecOps:Strong Terraform knowledge and hands-on experience are required.\n\nFamiliarity with GitHub and the GitOps operating model.\n\nExperience with Ansible, Python, or similar scripting and automation technologies.\n\nInfrastructure Security: Firewalls and next-generation firewalls, web filtering, proxies, IPS/IDS, and SSL VPN.\n\nFamiliarity with zero-trust network principles and their application to enterprise segmentation and access control.\n\nPrevious experience in customer-facing organizations within the ICT industry, including roles working directly with customer IT management.\n\nLanguages: English fluent, Dutch (Flemish) or French are a
