how solutions meet security and compliance requirements; and the standards and reusable designs the delivery team builds against.\n\nArchitect end-to-end agentic AI solutions across the platform´s four layers, from data access through knowledge, models, and agent orchestration.\n\nLead the design of multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and the LLM / SLM selection and fine-tuning strategy for each engagement.\n\nDefine governance and guardrail designs: model access control, policy enforcement, evidence management, and audit trails for AI decisions.\n\nEnsure solutions meet enterprise security, data protection, and compliance requirements (for example GDPR, the EU AI Act, SOC 2, and HIPAA where relevant).\n\nSet and review engineering standards across deployments: architecture reviews, reference designs, and reusable asset libraries.\n\nAct as the principal AI solution design partner to senior client stakeholders.\n\nMentor forward deployed engineers and delivery consultants on complex engagements.\n\nExperience/Qualifications:\nExtensive experience architecting AI, data, or platform solutions that run in production in large enterprises.\n\nMastery of AI solution architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, LLM / SLM integration, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nStrong grasp of AI governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries.\n\nHands-on depth in Python and SQL and at least one modern application stack;
