Business Operations Analyst

Our client, a multinational enterprise software corporation operating worldwide, is seeking a partner operations assistant to support claims and due diligence processes for its business partners. This hybrid role will focus on providing assistance where it is most needed across both functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Job description

• Assisting with day-to-day tasks related to partner claims and patner due diligence.
• Performing data entry, documentation review, and administrative follow-ups.
• Supporting tracking, filing, and coordination of partner-related information and claims.
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Handling miscellaneous operational tasks as needed to support the wider Partner Operations team.

Candidate Profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
• Prior experience in administrative, operations, or data processing roles is an advantage
