lifecycle.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems proactively, and working within a fast-paced technology environment.\nManage a portfolio of enterprise client accounts from onboarding through ongoing account management.\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.\nLead regular client meetings, providing updates, guidance, and strategic recommendations.\nCoordinate projects from kickoff through successful implementation and delivery.\nManage contracts, order forms, and client documentation.\nEnsure compliance with information security and governance requirements, including ISO 27001 processes where applicable.\nTranslate technical and compliance-related concepts into clear, client-friendly communication.\nProactively identify and resolve client issues before they escalate.\nCollaborate closely with internal technical, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.\nMaintain high levels of client satisfaction while driving long-term account success.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Requirements\nProven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.\nStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service.\n\nAdvantageous Experience\nExperience within a technology, SaaS, or digital services environment.\nFamiliarity with ISO 27001 or other information security standards.\nExposure to WhatsApp Business, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms.\nExperience working with
