Responsibilities:Design, build and support the adoption of AI models to enhance audit processes, risk analysis and decision-making\nExecute data analytics procedures within integrated audits, and lead findings and efficiency opportunities\nAssist in planning and preparing audit engagements, including scope and timelines\nOversee analytics projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget\nProvide technical expertise and guidance to audit teams, and mentor junior team members\nCommunicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nDocument analytics methodologies, data sources and ETL processes\nContribute to analytics and modelling business development and go-to-market activities\nKeep up to date with industry trends and bring innovative solutions to the audit process\n What We're Looking For:Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or equivalent\nMinimum 6 years' work experience, including at least 3 years as a data analyst or business data analyst and at least 1 year as an AI Builder\nStrong experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, DAX, IDEA, R and/or Python\nExperience in data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, data visualisation and reporting (Power BI, Tableau or Looker)\nScripting skills and experience in developing, testing and implementing analytics solutions\nSound risk and control knowledge, with experience applying AI and analytics in an audit environment an advantage\nReinsurance knowledge an advantage, and underwriting knowledge a significant advantage\nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings in
