Responsibilities\nPerform electronic and mechanical testing, fault-finding, and repairs on supported products.\nEnsure repaired equipment meets original performance and quality standards.\nProvide technical support to customers via telephone, email, live chat, and at the service counter.\nDeliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.\nRecord product failures and provide valuable feedback to Quality, Production, and R&D teams.\nAssist with identifying product trends and recommending continuous improvements.\nMaintain accurate service reports, repair records, CRM, and SAP documentation.\nSupport product testing, technical training, exhibitions, site visits, and other ad hoc technical projects.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.\nEnsure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean, organised workspace.\nRespond to customer enquiries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).\nParticipate in overtime, after-hours support, weekend shifts, and stock take activities when required.\nWhat We're Looking For\nN3/S2 qualification (or currently studying towards) in Electronic, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.\nGood understanding of electronic principles and concepts.\nStrong practical troubleshooting and repair skills.\nComputer literate with the ability to work on SAP, CRM, or similar systems.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nA customer-first mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.\nReliable, accountable, and able to work effectively both independently and within a
