Working closely with customers, this role focuses on understanding operational requirements, configuring system solutions, delivering user training, and providing ongoing support across parts, workshop, service, warranty, and invoicing functions.\nMain Responsibilities\nCollaborate with customers to gather business requirements and understand operational workflows.\nReview existing aftersales processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and system utilisation.\nConfigure DMS solutions to align with customer requirements and business objectives.\nLead assigned implementation activities from planning through deployment and post-launch support.\nCreate and maintain project documentation, system configurations, testing scripts, and training materials.\nSupport testing phases, data verification, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and system transitions.\nDeliver end-user training sessions and workshops to ensure successful system adoption.\nProvide functional support and troubleshooting for DMS users, resolving process, configuration, and data-related queries.\nMonitor and manage support cases through the ticketing platform, ensuring timely resolution.\nWork closely with technical and consulting teams on integrations and cross-functional requirements.\nMaintain accurate records of projects, customer interactions, configurations, and support activities.\nRecommend process enhancements, additional training, or system improvements based on recurring customer needs.\nContribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous improvement across the consultancy and support functions.\nRequirements\nDegree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.\nPrevious experience within the automotive aftersales sector or automotive business systems environment.\nGood understanding of service operations, workshop management, parts administration, warranty processing, and invoicing workflows.\nExperience working with or supporting Dealer Management Systems (DMS).\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve business processes.\nAbility to translate operational needs into practical system solutions.\nExcellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience delivering user training and preparing functional documentation.\nFluency in written and spoken English.\nDesirable Experience\nExposure to Keyloop, Autoline, or similar automotive DMS platforms.\nExperience in systems implementation, application support, business process consultancy, or automotive operations.\nAvailability to travel for customer visits and
