The role combines technical coordination, job scheduling, client communication, quality control and administrative support. The successful candidate will work closely with technicians and customers to ensure that servicing activities are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with required standards and procedures.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate daily servicing activities, schedule jobs for technicians, set priorities and monitor progress through to completion.\nSupport technicians with the information and resources required while acting as the main point of contact for operational queries.\nConduct on-site checks, monitor preventive and corrective works, and support compliance with internal procedures and relevant firefighting standards.\nPrepare and follow up on quotations, agreements, certifications, payments and other client-related documentation.\nMaintain accurate servicing records, prepare reports and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.\nKey Requirements:\nMinimum MQF Level 5 diploma in a relevant technical discipline, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.\nPrevious experience in a technical coordination role, preferably within fire & security, building services or facilities management.\nAbility to coordinate teams and read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.\nStrong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with good proficiency in office and servicing management systems.\nFluency in English and a valid driving licence;
