The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical IT systems across multiple data centres and customer sites, ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance with standards.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor, maintain, and support IT systems, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications, ensuring security and efficiency.\n\nProvide Level 1,2,3 support, troubleshooting incidents, and managing problem resolution in line with ITIL practices.\n\nPerform system deployments, configuration, upgrades, and change management activities with proper documentation.\n\nSupport Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations in compliance with ICAO and EIDAS regulations.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery/failover procedures.\n\nKey Requirements:\nHigher-level education in IT or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in systems administration or application/infrastructure support).\n\nHands-on experience with Windows Servers, VMware, networking, databases, or enterprise applications.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and customer-facing skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and incident management tools.\n\nLegally eligible to work in the EU and available for occasional travel (up to 30%).\n\nJob Info:\nType of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime\nSalary: Depending on experience\n Benefits: Health Insurance\nLife Insurance\nOn-call allowance \nRichmond Foundation support (should the need arise)\n\n Work Setting: Hybrid work (at the managers discretion)\nWorking Days: Monday to Friday\nWorking Hours: Standard office hours, with flexibility to meet business needs;
