The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team that provides outsourced business support solutions to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.Key Responsibilities:\nSupport the end-to-end payroll process for multiple client accounts.\nPrepare and submit employment-related documentation to the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.\nAssist with statutory payroll reporting and compliance requirements.\nSupport work permit and employment licensing processes for foreign employees.\nMaintain accurate employee records and provide administrative support across payroll and HR functions.\nLiaise with clients and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.\nAssist with various operational and administrative duties as required.\nRequirements:\nAt least 1 year of experience in payroll, HR administration, or a related support function.\nA good educational background, preferably at post-secondary level.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nA willingness to learn, develop professionally, and take on new responsibilities.\nAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to payroll software or HR management systems.\nKnowledge of Maltese employment and payroll procedures would be considered an advantage.\nPrevious experience supporting multiple clients within a professional services, accounting, or outsourcing environment.\nPossession of a valid driving licence and own transport would be beneficial.\nPersonal Competencies:\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal and
