The role requires effective management of project resources, budgets, timelines, stakeholders and quality standards, ensuring projects are completed in line with contractual, legal and customer requirements.\nThe successful candidate will combine technical understanding with strong project management capabilities, taking ownership of project performance while maintaining clear communication with clients, internal teams, engineers and consultants. The position also involves monitoring project costs, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, managing risks and ensuring that appropriate quality, safety and compliance standards are maintained throughout project execution.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements and potential project risks.\nCoordinate human and material resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to required quality standards.\nMonitor project expenditure, control costs, analyse project performance and manage project variations to support profitability.\nAct as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, coordinating clients, internal teams, engineers, consultants and other parties involved.\nEnsure project activities comply with company procedures, client requirements, applicable standards and local health and safety legislation.\nKey Requirements:\nDiploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or another related technical discipline.\nPrevious experience in project coordination, site supervision or project management.\nExperience within Fire & Security, ELV, MEP or Building Services environments would be highly preferred.\nGood knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder coordination and project delivery.\nA recognised Project Management qualification would be considered an advantage.\nJob Info:\nType of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime\nSalary:
