description\nManage and process monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion\nMaintain payroll records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes\nReconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies between payroll and financial systems\nEnsure compliance with Czech labor law, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal SOX controls\nPrepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders\nSupport year-end payroll activities, including annual tax processing and benefits reconciliation\nConduct payroll audits and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation\nManage payroll-related inquiries and communication with external authorities\nProcess payroll setup and updates related to new hires, employee changes, and terminations\nCandidate Profile\nMinimum 5 years of payroll experience, ideally in a Czech or European environment\nStrong knowledge of Czech payroll legislation, labor law, taxation, and social security regulations\nExperience working with ADP GlobalView\nAdvanced Excel skills\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organizational and time-management
