What You'll Be Doing
- Answer incoming calls and digital assistance requests.
- Help customers during urgent and unexpected situations.
- Coordinate service providers and contractors to deliver assistance quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated and supported throughout their journey.
- Manage multiple cases while remaining calm and professional.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and case information.
- Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, positive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Operations, or Contact Centre environments is a plus.
- Maltese language skills are an advantage but not essential.
