You will drive business growth in the mining and infrastructure sectors by developing strategic customer relationships and managing the full technical-commercial sales cycle.
The role identifies client needs, prepares tailored proposals and coordinates execution with Engineering, Supply Chain and Legal, maintaining a strong customer-service and operational mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business and commercial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the Caribbean and EMEA/.
- Analyse customer needs and expectations; qualify inbound enquiries and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and account planning through negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals and value propositions.
- Visit client offices and project sites to develop new business and reinforce existing partnerships.
- Coordinate project execution with Engineering, Supply Chain and Legal teams.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Operate with a strong customer-service focus and an operational mindset.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; Mining Engineering, Geology profile preferred
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Technical qualifications related to mining, geology or geotechnical engineering.
- Availability to travel 30% of the time
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in mining and 2 years in commercial / technical sales activities.
