This role offers hands-on experience, direct involvement in ongoing legal matters, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and professional environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide legal support on corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters.\nAssist with the drafting, review, negotiation, and maintenance of legal, corporate, and transactional documentation.\nSupport corporate services activities, including company incorporations, corporate restructurings, statutory filings, maintenance of company records, and ongoing corporate administration.\nAssist with corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board minutes, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents.\nAdvise on employment law matters, including employment agreements, HR policies, disciplinary procedures, termination procedures, and regulatory obligations.\nConduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, summaries, and internal memoranda.\nSupport compliance and regulatory reviews, including AML/CFT documentation, due diligence processes, and internal compliance procedures.\nAssist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and regulatory risks.\nLiaise with clients, regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, and other stakeholders on legal, corporate, and compliance matters.\nSupport litigation and dispute resolution matters, including the preparation of legal documentation and coordination with external parties where required.\nMonitor legislative and regulatory developments in Malta and the EU and provide updates on their potential impact on the business and its clients.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of legal, corporate, and compliance processes and procedures.\nRequirements\nDegree in Law and warrant to practise in Malta.\nFluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.\nMinimum of 1 year PQE in corporate and commercial law.\nExperience in corporate services, compliance, employment law, yachting, aviation, or other regulated sectors will be considered an asset.\nSound understanding of Maltese corporate and employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.\nStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
