systems, email, phone, remote, and on-site assistance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, user account, and system-related issues.\nMonitor IT infrastructure and escalate incidents where required to maintain service availability.\nSupport the administration and maintenance of ICT systems, services, and end-user devices.\nManage user onboarding, including provisioning, configuring, and deploying equipment and accounts.\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.\nTake ownership of support tickets from investigation through to resolution or escalation.\nMaintain accurate asset inventory records and support hardware lifecycle management.\nAssist with IT security initiatives, policies, and compliance requirements.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.\nIdentify opportunities to improve user experience, processes, and operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nDegree, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, or relevant industry certifications and hands-on experience.\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or a similar role.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 administration.\nUnderstanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft technologies.\nBasic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and troubleshooting fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with endpoint management, deployment technologies, and IT security best practices.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nDesirable Certifications\nCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+\nCCNA\nMicrosoft 365 Administrator or Endpoint Administrator\nITIL
