The selected candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of mechanical building services projects, ensuring technical excellence and efficient project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare material quantity calculations, cost analyses, and resource estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects;\nAssist in the preparation of technical proposals, project budgets, engineering documentation, and procurement plans;\nConduct site inspections and technical assessments to support project planning and execution;\nDesign, evaluate, and support the implementation of HVAC and other mechanical systems in commercial and industrial environments;\nCoordinate with local and international suppliers to source materials, equipment, and technical solutions;\nProvide technical guidance on installation methods, maintenance requirements, and operational performance of mechanical systems;\nSupport procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and monitoring material requirements;\nMonitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project timelines;\nCollaborate with project stakeholders to review and implement design modifications when required;\nAssist site teams during installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities;\nPrepare project reports, technical summaries, and progress updates for management review;\nContribute to the development of junior technical staff by sharing knowledge and supporting training initiatives;\nStay informed about industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices within the mechanical engineering sector.\nRequirements\nA qualification in Mechanical Engineering at MQF Level 6 or equivalent;\nSolid understanding of mechanical building services and HVAC systems;\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy;\nExperience using AutoCAD or similar engineering design software will be considered an asset;\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure;\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team;\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;\nStrong attention
