This position is offered at Associate Partner level, making it ideal for a professional who can work independently, manage projects with minimal supervision, and provide technical expertise across a range of engineering assignments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and supervise the installation of building services systems, including HVAC, water supply, drainage, public health, fire protection, safety systems, and associated mechanical equipment.\nDesign, develop, and integrate innovative engineering solutions within existing building services infrastructure.\nLead mechanical and MEP project assignments from design through to completion.\nCoordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.\nPrepare and review technical specifications, drawings, calculations, and engineering documentation.\nAssess and manage payment applications, variations, and project claims.\nMonitor, evaluate, and optimise building systems, maintenance requirements, and operational procedures\nWitness testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.\nCarry out site inspections and supervision services to ensure compliance with contract requirements, engineering standards, legislation, and health & safety regulations.\nEnsure all building services aspects of projects are effectively managed and delivered to the required standards.\nRequirements\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.\nAbility to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and building services systems.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficiency in engineering design software and technical documentation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWarranted Mechanical Engineer status in Malta.\nCandidates currently pursuing or eligible for warranting will also be considered.\nExperience within consultancy, construction, building services, or multidisciplinary engineering environments.\nKnowledge of Revit would be considered an asset.\nExperience working on commercial, residential,
