management and service restoration processes (Possibily in Service Now)\nExperience coordinating production releases and change activities.\nKnowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).\nFamiliarity with monitoring and alerting tools.\nAbility to coordinate multiple teams during high-pressure situations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
