The role requires effective coordination between clients, internal departments, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of project performance, financial control, risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, resources, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and potential risks.\nManage project execution from initial planning through completion, ensuring deadlines, customer requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met.\nMonitor project expenditure, purchasing, material costs, variations, billing, profitability, and Works in Progress records.\nCoordinate internal teams, clients, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving operational challenges.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, technical standards, health and safety legislation, client-specific requirements, and applicable quality standards.\nKey Requirements:\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.\nMaltese engineering warrant, or currently working towards obtaining the warrant.\nA minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably within mechanical engineering, fire safety, security systems, or a related technical field.\nStrong communication, negotiation, organisational, financial management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nValid Maltese driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.\nJob Info:\nType of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime\nSalary:
