Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement function, ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting the company's overall commercial strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.\nManage the end-to-end purchasing process for FMCG products, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.\nSource, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.\nMonitor inventory requirements, demand forecasts, and purchasing trends to ensure effective replenishment planning.\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service standards.\nWork closely with Sales, Operations, Warehousing, and Finance teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.\nTrack market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.\nPrepare and present purchasing reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to the General Manager.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry best practices.\nLead initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiencies.\nRequirements\nProven experience in a Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.\nStrong negotiation, commercial, and supplier relationship management skills.\nExperience managing inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nA relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply
