across all channels, delivering an exceptional guest journey.\n\nTake part in projects, contribute fresh ideas, and play an active role in recruitment and team development.\n\nWhat You Bring\nCompleted training in hospitality(degree is a plus but not mandatory).\n\nSeveral years of professional experience in hotel reservations or guest services, with initial leadership experience.\n\nStrong communication style: professional, empathetic, and adaptable to every situation.\n\nAnalytical and structured mindset with a high level of attention to detail.\n\nPassion for developing people and sharing knowledge.\n\nConfident in using digital tools, MS Office, and PMS systems.\n\nExcellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.\n\nSolid understanding of hotel processes, booking policies, and guest service best
