This role is suited to a highly knowledgeable professional who can work independently, manage complex commercial and contractual matters, and provide guidance to junior team members.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, and cash flow forecasts.\nLead tendering processes, tender evaluations, and procurement activities.\nAdminister contracts, including FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts.\nReview and certify contractor payment applications and valuations.\nMonitor project costs and provide regular financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.\nAdvise clients and project teams on commercial, contractual, and cost-related matters.\nConduct site visits and valuations to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements.\nSupport quality assurance processes and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the Quantity Surveying team.\nRequirements\nDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.\nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor across construction projects, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, or hospitality developments.\nStrong knowledge of cost management, procurement, contract administration, and project financial control.\nFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and construction practices.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nValid driving licence.\nDesirable\nMembership of RICS or an equivalent professional body.\nKnowledge of Maltese construction regulations and industry standards.\nProficiency
