must-have skills\nMinimum 10 years of experience as a Lead Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in a complex enterprise environment.\nProven experience designing end-to-end solutions spanning multiple business and technology domains.\nStrong experience in translating business operating models and processes into solution, information architectures.\nDemonstrated ability to come together with multiple senior architects and subject matter experts to an outcome.\nExperience working in environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and distributed ownership.\nAbility to understand complex existing landscapes and translate them into a target solution and transition approach.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration, information flows, process design and architecture governance.\nProven ability to connect architecture design with realistic implementation planning.\nExperience presenting architectural choices, trade-offs and recommendations to senior management.\nPreferred experience - nice-to-have skills\nExperience with Product-Led Thinking, digital product models, product consumption models or comparable product-oriented operating models.\nExperience with financial flows related to digital products, such as forecasting, pricing, consumption, charging, allocation, invoicing or Total Cost of Ownership.\nKnowledge of or experience with TBM, FinOps or similar financial transparency / technology cost management concepts.\nExperience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Pega and financial or cost-management solutions.\nExperience designing transformation roadmaps where target-state architecture needs to be achieved through realistic intermediate steps.\nExperience in large financial institutions or similarly complex, regulated international organisations.\nImportantly, direct experience with ING's Product-Led Thinking or Product Consumption implementation is not a prerequisite.
