is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our client team on a full-time basis.\nCompany offers a comprehensive after-sales service which includes servicing, spray painting, mechanical repairs, and panel beating.\nDuties and responsibilities include:\nPreparation for spraying accident vehicles.\nCarrying out the use of paint programming equipment.\nPreparing the surface to be painted: cleaning it, buffing, and polishing (by hand or using a machine).\nMixing colours, to match the rest of the body colour.\nApply the paint with a spray machine or handheld spray gun.\nKeeping up to date with new products and working methods.\nRemoving rust and other loose materials using acid or a wire brush.\nSanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.\nApplying masking tape and coverings over areas that are not being sprayed.\nSelecting and mixing the required coating liquids.\nSelecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern.\nSpraying machines, products, and wall areas using industry techniques.\nCleaning spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job.\nInspecting and assessing spray coatings after the paint has dried.\nOther tasks may be assigned by the management.\nThe ideal candidate should:\nStrong communication skills.\nExperience working as a Sprayer.\nExcellent hand-eye coordination.\nKnowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques.\nAn awareness of safety
