This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who can manage tender submissions, build supplier relationships, and help secure cost-effective project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and monitor tender opportunities across public and private sectors\nPrepare and submit tender documentation, BOQs, pricing schedules, and compliance documents\nReview technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements\nAssess commercial and technical risks during the tendering process\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors\nObtain competitive pricing and manage procurement activities\nPrepare supplier comparisons and commercial evaluations\nRaise and track purchase orders and delivery schedules\nMaintain tender records and procurement databases\nCollaborate with engineering, commercial, and site teams to support project delivery\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 years' experience in Tendering, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or the Construction/MEP sector\nGood understanding of BOQs, tender documentation, and MEP terminology\nKnowledge of the Maltese construction industry\nAbility to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP\nStrong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills\nFluency in English and Maltese\nValid driving licence, own vehicle, and eligibility to work in Malta\nPreferred\nExperience within the MEP or Building Services sector\nFamiliarity with Malta's EPPS tendering system\nQualification in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Building Services Engineering, or a related field\nExperience with CostX, Trimble, SAP, or similar software\nProfessional memberships such as MRICS or CIPS\nItalian language
