This role focuses on delivering a premium experience to high-value players through proactive engagement, detailed reporting, and tailored promotional support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n · Promptly and efficiently deal with customer enquiries or complaints via any communication channel offered (e-mail/phone/chat) within set service level agreement levels\n· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints\n· Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query\n· Report and follow up technical issues reported by clients\n· Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions\n· Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements\n· Take a pro-active approach towards procedures or working practices to improve customer service efficiency\n· Help the company with translation efforts as required\n· Perform customer verifications, Know Your Client procedures within the set guidelines\n· Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments\n· Building interest in our products and services within our client base.\n· Work on a shift basis to meet customers' requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business\n· Any other tasks as may from time to time be allocated\n\nRequirements:\n · Fluent or Native verbal and written communication in Turkish and English\n· Experience in a customer facing role or online\n· Passion for delivering outstanding customer service\n· Ability to problem solve and find a solution\n· Ability to multi-task and prioritize\n· Competent computer literacy skills\n· A flexible approach to working hours -
