delivered efficiently to projects across Malta.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock control\nMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts\nCoordinate material deliveries and logistics for project sites\nManage tools, equipment, and company assets\nLead and supervise warehouse and delivery staff\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse procedures\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement\nPrepare warehouse and inventory reports for management\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including supervisory experience\nExperience within construction, MEP, electrical, or building supplies sectors\nStrong organizational and inventory management skills\nProficiency in Excel and stock management systems\nGood understanding of warehouse health and safety practices\nGood command of English\nValid driving licence and based in Malta\nPreferred\nKnowledge of MEP materials and products\nForklift certification\nExperience with barcode or ERP inventory systems\nExperience coordinating deliveries to construction sites\nMaltese language
