The successful candidate will join a fast-paced environment where professional growth is encouraged and contributions are highly valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport day-to-day yacht administration and operational activities.\nManage charter setup and administration, including licences, VAT registrations, and regulatory requirements.\nAssist with corporate administration, ensuring compliance obligations and filing requirements are maintained.\nMonitor expenses and support financial planning and budget management processes.\nConduct compliance reviews, maintain accurate records, and identify potential operational risks.\nLiaise with clients, service providers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.\nMaintain financial and operational documentation and records.\nProvide administrative support across various operational and compliance-related functions.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the yachting industry, corporate services, or a related environment.\nStrong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nExperience working with cloud-based systems and business management software.\nExcellent analytical, numerical, organisational, and communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nFluent in English;
