As a people-centric employer brand, we are deeply committed to fostering the growth, happiness, and holistic well-being of each individualon our team. \nWho We’re Looking For - Reportingto the Sr. Director, PMO, MANSCAPED® is seekinga Project Manager, Creative Operations& Content Operations to support the intake, prioritization, coordination, and execution of creative production workflows across digital design, content, video, retail, and campaign initiatives.This role will serve as a key operational partner across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, and external agency teams, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake through final delivery. Ball work is honest work, and that mindset shows up in everything we do, including our proud partnership with the Testicular Cancer Society and our commitment to raising awareness of the ball-busting disease.\nResponsibilities \nManage intake, prioritization, and tracking of creative requests across digital design, video, content,retail,and campaign initiatives \nPartner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, and PMO teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities \nMaintain and improve project management workflows, intake systems, and templates within Asanafor digital and static creative assets \nFacilitate timeline management, status tracking, and cross-functional communication across active workstreams \nManage taskintake, production, and delivery ofdigital, web, retail, video, photoand marketplace creative assets (digital and static ads, IG captions, GIFs, and email visual assets) \nMaintainorganized documentation and asset tracking \nSupport operational management of video production workflows including new video development, cuts and edits, end cards, UGC content, Tsunami deliverables, and campaign video assets \nAssistwith building and maintainingtimelines for photo shoots and video production \nPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across content shoots and production timelines \nCoordinateand manage ways of workingwith external creative agencies \nSupport execution of mid-tier activations and brand campaign initiatives \nEnsure cross-functional alignment between agencies, internal creative teams, and stakeholders \nFacilitatetask kickoffs, status meetings, and follow-up communications \nMonitor task timelines and proactively surface risks, blockers, and shifting priorities \nAdditionalduties as required \nQualifications \n4+years of experience in project management, creative operations, content production, marketing operations, or a related field \nExperience supporting creative production, digital marketing, content operations, or campaign workflows \nFamiliarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools \nUnderstanding of digital creative workflows, asset management, and production timelines \nStrong communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Creative, Brand, Production, and external agency teams \nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects \nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability \nComfortable managing fast-moving priorities in a deadline-driven environment \nInterest in AI-enabled workflows, automation, and operational process improvement preferred \nExperience coordinating video production, photography, or content operations is a plus \nExperience within consumer products, retail, lifestyle, beauty, or eCommerce industries preferred \nMANSCAPED ® Benefits \nTake time to find balance and rejuvenate your senses.
