Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-orientedAcquisition Security Analyst II to join our team in El Segundo, CA.\nThis role supports the Government Program Manager with the development and implementation of comprehensive program protection methodologies to protect advanced technology programs throughout the system’s lifecycle. This is a full-time, five-day-a-week in-office position in El Segundo, CA.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPerform in-depth lifecycle program analysis to identify Critical Program Information (CPI), Critical System Resources (CSR), and associated vulnerabilities.\nDevelop, execute, and implement risk management-based Program Protection Plans (PPP) and security countermeasures.\nProvide technical advice and security support to collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and emerging mission areas.\nDeliver security guidance on contract requirements, cost feasibility, and standardized DD Form 254 processes throughout acquisition and sustainment lifecycles.\nDevelop, write, and review key security documentation including OPSEC plans, Security Classification Guides (SCG), Exposure Contingency Plans (ECP), and Security Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nAssess foreign intelligence threats against critical research and prepare analytical products to guide security policy and classification decisions.\nCoordinate across Air Force security authorities and Mission Partners while delivering security education and support for system close-out actions.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related area or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\n10+ years of related acquisition program experience, including at least 6 years supporting SCI or SAR programs.\nStrong familiarity with security policies, manuals, and guiding documents, including applicable ICDs, JAFANs, and DoD Manuals.\nExtensive knowledge of DD Form 254 implementation within the Air Force acquisition lifecycle.\nProven experience conducting risk assessments, developing OPSEC plans, and providing detailed security classification guidance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while effectively interacting with DoD, military, civilian, and industry partners.\nHigh degree of originality, creativity, and initiative while working effectively with minimal supervision.\nClearance Requirements:\nCurrent Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.\nWillingness to submit a polygraph.\nEligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time in closed-area office settings.\nWillingness to travel extensively within the Program’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) via air and ground transportation.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $119,900.00-$199,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
