Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Risk Management Framework (RMF) Engineer to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is onsite.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nReports directly to the Project Manager and supports execution in a matrix organization.\nResponsible for the development, submission, and maintenance of all Cyber and A&A artifacts as part of the Navy’s RMF in support of Authorizations to Operate (ATOs).\nSupports hardware and software configuration baseline updates for NETTN enclaves and systems as well as Navy Training Baseline (NTB) software configuration deliveries.\nWork with RMF Package escalation process and procedures.\nWork with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) (or equivalent system based on Enclave classification, i.e. XACTA) plan of action and milestones (POA&Ms) for ongoing and closed findings.\nWorks alongside system owners, security engineers and technical teams to ensure cybersecurity controls are properly implemented, reviewed and documented.\nSupport a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of Masters degree\nExperience working with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal guidelines\nComputing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications (ex. Linux, Windows, VMWare)\nIAT-II level at a minimum in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570. (ex. CompTia Sec+)\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with the United States Navy preferred\nExperience utilizing assessment tools (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, HBSS) and RMF process tools (e.g., MCCAST, eMASS, XACTA, eArcher, VRAM and DITPR-DON/DADMS) preferred CISSP certifications\nExtensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks\nStrong technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current and active Secret clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nUp to 10% travel anticipated.\nWork will require movement from Government site to and from MANTECH site for client meetings and support functions.\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $94,800.00-$157,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
