This is a 100% remote opportunity.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nOperate and maintain the Cloud One Zone C AWS GovCloud environment in support of program's legacy Air Force HR systems and nine developer teams\nPerform daily cloud operations, including networking, backups, monitoring, patching, and cost management\nAdminister the Cloud One Zone C Windows domain and server infrastructure, including Active Directory and Windows servers\nOperate and maintain the RHEL and Oracle infrastructure that hosts program applications, including operating system upgrades and migrations\nSupport CI/CD and DevOps tooling for the developer applications, and build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform\nManage AWS accounts, user access, and resource governance, and provision environments for the developer teams\nTriage and resolve developer environment issues, work Jira tickets, and handle escalations\nSupport scheduled patching and mission critical tasks beyond normal duty hours\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBA/BS in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n8+ years of systems or cloud engineering experience\nHands-on AWS administration covering systems operations, site reliability, and cost management\nExperience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration\nCurrent Security+ CE certification (DoD 8140, IAT Level II)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) and knowledge of classified security enclaves\nGovCloud experience\nExperience with SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines\nKnowledge of web services, including API and REST\nUnderstanding and knowledge of USAF Human Resource processes\nPrior IT support of military personnel applications, or experience supporting a DoD customer\nAWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer, Advanced Networking, or Security.\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and government stakeholders, which may involve delivering technical presentations.\nMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
