Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, and identifying trends and insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience using tools such as Tableau.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAnalyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain dashboards supporting staffing, financial and billing analysis, and performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs).\nDesign and implement data models, metrics, and reporting solutions to measure business performance and track KPIs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.\nIdentify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain documentation of data sources, metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes.\nProvide ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and insights to support customer and business needs.\nEnsure dashboards and reports provide accurate, timely, and actionable information for management and stakeholders.\nStandard work schedule will be Monday through Friday, within the core hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma and 11+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 9+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.\nDirect experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization.\nDirect experience supporting customers and translating customer requirements into data-driven reporting solutions.\nStrong understanding of data modeling and experience working with large datasets.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Power BI data visualization and dashboard development.\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.\nPrevious experience supporting IT service management, business operations analytics, financial/billing analysis, staffing analytics, or strategic performance monitoring.\nFamiliarity with ITIL or ITSM processes, particularly within the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience developing dashboards and reporting solutions for staffing, financial, billing, operational, and performance metrics.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time. \nConstantly operates a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. \nOccasionally moves inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, man\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
