MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Capability Integration Lead to join the MANTECH Innovation Labs under the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO). This is a hybrid position based out of Herndon, VA.

The Capability Integration Lead serves as a primary member of the Innovation Labs leadership team, overseeing a team responsible for aligning, integrating, and operationalizing Technology Capabilities Organization (TCO) activities across Sectors, Divisions, and Accounts under the Account Based Selling & Delivery (ABSD) model. The Lead will work to eliminate organizational silos, build enterprise cohesion, standardize TCO assets, and orchestrate cross-practice solutions (spanning Cyber, Data & AI, and Digital) to deliver on sector-based client demand.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage a high performing team responsible for driving enterprise capability integration and TCO Service Line adoption across all Business Sectors.
• Serve as the primary integration lead operationalizing the Account Based Selling & Delivery (ABSD) model within the TCO, ensuring an integrated TCO perspective in Sector account planning, pipeline shaping, and solution design.
• Lead and execute the "TCO Superday" program, leading account strategy walkthroughs to capture account-level demand signals for solutioning, shaping, rapid-prototyping, and resourcing.
• Drive the systematic standardization of enterprise assets-executing discovery, rationalization, standardization, harmonization, and publication of reusable Practice and Lab capabilities.
• Establish and communicate a common vernacular and framework for TCO and Sectors, mapping Practice capabilities, Labs, and Products directly to ABSD growth strategies.
• Translate account demand signals into actionable inputs for the TCO roadmap, aggregating global enterprise demand to create repeatable, common solutions for specific client mission outcomes.
• Coordinate TCO Subject Matter Expert (SME) support across priority accounts to avoid fragmentation, prevent duplicate investments, and maximize investment returns.
• Recommend and influence TCO asset deployment, ABSD model execution, and capability standards adherence across matrixed business units.
• Interface regularly with Practice Growth Partners (PGPs), Division Managers, Account Leads, and Innovation Labs leadership to resolve Sector-TCO trade-offs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant technical, operational, or program experience with 5+ years supporting the Federal / National Security community.
• Broad working knowledge across multiple technical disciplines-including Cyber, Data & AI, Cloud, and Digital Engineering-to effectively integrate solutions across practice areas.
• Strong working knowledge of account planning, account growth dynamics, and pipeline shaping within an Account-Based Selling & Delivery (ABSD) framework (without requiring a direct sales background).
• Proven experience managing technical teams or operational units, including direct experience supervising team members and orchestrating lateral workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to operate laterally across a complex, matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and pattern-recognition skills to identify cross-account scaling opportunities and optimize resource allocation toward high-impact pursuits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline.
• Direct experience establishing or governing enterprise service lines, capability frameworks, or asset repositories within the federal market.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder orchestration, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of translating complex technical capabilities for non-technical business leaders.

Clearance Requirements:

• U.S Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $165,900.00-$297,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
