Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Support Administrator to join our team in Laurel, MD.\nThe Cloud Support Administrator will support hybrid cloud infrastructure operations, incident response and customer service related to AWS. You will help troubleshoot complex issues across Linux and Windows environments, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure enterprise and government customers experience seamless cloud integration and support.\nResponsibilities Included but are not limited to:\nProvide tier1/2 technical support for internal teams, resolving issues related to routing, security protocols, access control, transit gateway configurations, and more\nProvision and support of customers’ workload AWS accounts, enabling continued operation of critical analytical systems. \nAid users in accessing and utilizing cloud-based resources. \nServe as the technical point of contact between the customer and the Architecture and Capacity Engineering teams. \nMaintain currency of relevant documents and update the Wiki and SharePoint knowledge bases. \nProvide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers Familiarity with Reserve Instance, Cost Saving Plans\nDiagnose, resolve, and track complex support cases through ServiceNow, phone, and email channels\nProvide Tier 1(Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, resolution of problems in windows and/or Linux\nMay require rotational on call support 24/7/365\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university with 0 years of experience OR 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\nMust possess one active entry level cloud certification (i.e. Azure, AWS, Openstack) or acquire before start date\nSecurity + Certification\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe candidate must be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer’s desk. \nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. \nThe projected compensation range for this position is $66,000.00-$109,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
