Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Engineer Lead, serving as the CLIN-level manager, to join our team in the Chantilly, VA, area.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCreate fully developed project schedules using the Microsoft Project and Agile schedules using Jira\nCoordinate the engineering, integration, and administration function required to deliver capabilities and services to the enterprise \nEnsure that all aspects of the projects are completed and delivered according to the implementation plan and schedule\nLead the exploration of emerging technologies by arranging demonstrations, providing technical evaluations, and input to the customer's roadmap development\nCoordinate the build-out and testing of sophisticated applications and tools in a virtual and physical environment\nManage the engineering, integration, and administration support required for successful delivery of capabilities and services to the operational and engineering baseline \nManage incident/request ticket queues through ServiceNow and various ticket platforms\nManage, utilize, evaluate, and update all engineer instruction sets and SOPs\nCoordinate and assign tasks in aiding the Program/Project engineers in testing and implementing future enhancements\nSupport integration of systems applications and tools within the Cyber Data Platform\nManage Tier 1-4 support to the customer to include troubleshooting and resolution of issues for the EITA and DCO\nManage and track the tasks, projects, and priorities across multiple program areas\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of degree\n10+ years of cyber experience\nExperience leading a small to medium sized team\nKnowledge of security technologies such as vulnerability management and log monitoring\nKnowledge of the latest cyber security principles, techniques, and protocols\nAbility to effectively interact with various levels of senior management as necessary to clearly articulate ideas for executive level and technical staff consumption\nAbility to demonstrate understanding and appropriate application of DoD/IC policy and cybersecurity technical guidance to information systems\nAbility to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities\nDoD Directive 8140.1 IAT Level II or higher certification or ability to obtain within 6 months\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum in Jira and Confluence\nExperience with virtualization and cloud environments\nExperience with ICD-503 of Risk Management Framework knowledge and experience\nKnowledge of system design and integration experience\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI w/ a polygraph\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\nConstantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $141,500.00-$236,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
