Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nMonitoring enterprise networks, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and defensive sensors to detect cyber threats.\nExecuting vulnerability scans, analyzing security logs, and coordinating remediation workflows across operational systems.\nCollaborating with cross-functional technical teams, system administrators, and leadership to maintain compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.\nConducting security incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and reporting cyber security events to operational leadership.\nMaintaining system security baselines, baseline documentation, and configuration management controls across physical and virtual assets.\nPerforming routine compliance audits, STIG assessments, and security validation checks across enterprise infrastructure.\nRecommending and implementing continuous process improvements to optimize defensive cyber capabilities and threat monitoring.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance.OR a master’s degree and 3+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR an associate’s degree and 7+ or more years of relevant experience\nOR a high school diploma and 9+ or more years of relevant experience\n\nProven experience performing cybersecurity analysis, vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, and incident investigation.\nStrong background in Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-53 security controls, and DoD STIG compliance implementation.\nExperience maintaining system baselines, security documentation controls, and vulnerability tracking records.\nExperience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation and cybersecurity compliance reports.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nRelevant professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or CompTIA CySA+.\nPrior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations, Combatant Command environments, or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments.\nFamiliarity with automated vulnerability scanning tools (ACAS), host-based security systems (ESS/HBSS), and SIEM platforms (Splunk).\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary engineering teams in fast-paced operational environments.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust hold a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
