Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!\nMANTECHseeks motivated, career and customer-orientedCybersecurity Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii andGuam.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDrafts and maintains technical documentation for security assessments and prepares Vulnerability Reports for senior review.\n\nDevelop and monitor security controls for enterprise systems while ensuring adherence to established standard operating procedures.\n\nCoordinate with technical stakeholders to implement patches and maintain the security posture of organizational assets.\n\nDrafts RMF documentation and updates security records for aerial, ground, and maritime logistics platforms.\n\nPrepare computer access requests and assist in the management of Facility Security Programs.\n\nTakes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.\n\nNOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMidlevel\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nAbility to draft technical security documentation and follow complex SOPs.\n\nJunior Level\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).\n\nDemonstrated foundational knowledge of network security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and cybersecurity defense-in-depth strategies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.\n\nFamiliarity with USPACOM cybersecurity reporting requirements and expeditionary logistics operations.\n\nClearance Required:\nMust hold an active Secret Clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and
