Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Incident Response Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA.\nThis role supports our customer by providing critical 24x7x365 coverage to protect mission-essential infrastructure. The selected candidate will work a fixed 4-day work week consisting of 10-hour shifts, with available schedules assigned to either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday. We have openings across 1st (6am to 4pm), 2nd (12pm to 10pm), and 3rd (9pm to 7am) shifts, with shift differentials applied to the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Please note that all new team members must be able to complete initial training on the day shift for a period of six weeks.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nIncident Detection and Monitoring\nIncident Analysis and Investigation\nIncident Response and Mitigation\nThreat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management\nReporting and Documentation\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma and 1+ years' experience in cyber related role\n1+ years' experience with cyber incident response\nKnowledge of cybersecurity principles, incident detection, analysis, and response methodologies\nKnowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and security\nKnowledge of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security incident response best practices\nAbility to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT-II certification within 6 months of hire\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field\nClearance Requirements:\nCurrent/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph is required\nPhysical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $91,600.00-$153,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
